Maxine Waters: Something Is 'Wrong' With Trump 'He Doesn't Deserve to be President'

Here
https://www.google.com/amp/www.breitbart.com/video/2017/03/28/maxine-waters-something-wrong-trump-doesnt-deserve-president/amp/

Pretty much entirely her own quotes.

This is pretty much what everyone in the media and mainstream thinks.

And it's stated so simply and succinctly.

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “All In,” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) said of President Donald Trump there was something “wrong” with him and that he did not “deserve to be president.”
Waters said, “Well, first of all, let’s take a look at the campaign, and I’ve said over and over again, I’ve never seen a grown person dishonor a disabled person in the way that he did. He mocked him, and he mimicked him, and I was struck by that. I just thought that that was so inhumane that a president, someone wanting to be president, could not possibly think that way. I don’t like the way he talked about women and grabbing women by their private parts. I don’t like the way that he treated Hillary Clinton and the way that he kind of stalked her in a debate and got in her face and called her crooked. I don’t even like the way he treated some of his own colleagues and so, he came to the presidency with the kind of character and background that made me distrust him or not honor him and not respect him.”
“And, of course, he got the presidency because he was able to get those votes from those few states that put him, made him the winner. And so he’s the president of the United States, people are still talking about he’s going to change, he’s going to become presidential. He has not changed,” Waters continued. “He is not presidential. As a matter of fact, he is worse now than he was in the campaign. And I think that he does not deserve to represent us in the world. We are being disrespected all over the world and if he wants to continue talking about how great Putin is, and how bad the past president was, then I know something’s wrong with this person. And he doesn’t deserve to be president."

How to Protect Your Online Privacy Now That Congress Sold You Out

Here  So the GOP-led Congress sold us out so our privacy (web use history, etc.) can be bought by third-party companies. This article has some tips to protect some of your privacy.
So sad that profit and greed comes up again trumping personal rights, privacy, and respect.
The GOP is looking more and more like s callow, shallow snake-oil salesman. With no discernible moral center other than making a buck, at whatever cost.  Just more and more. Damn the environment, damn individual privacy, damn consumer protections. It is shameful governance from we who had been and still may be the leading force (America) in democracy. And another shameful blow to modern civilization's evolving ethos of individual rights and responsive, benevolent self-governance.

This is not appreciated nor right GOP. We are noticing and history is recording the performance.
Soon with smarter leaders who are truly working for people and a more perfect union, this Trumpian chapter -- even if very short -- will be seen as among the ugliest retrograde lurches backward in the history of society's evolution.
And each member of the GOP Congress and administration will have their names and their family's diminished reputations permanently tied to this dark time.

Tell Bank CEO's to DEFUND Keystone XL: https://www.ran.org/defundkxl

Tell Bank CEO's to DEFUND Keystone XL: https://www.ran.org/defundkxl

Amazing how almost all major banks are still funding these pipeline projects. See the image / collage below to find your bank. I'm almost all out of Wells Fargo now (into Southland Credit Union). But look at all those banks.

Having a wife from Montreal, I recently researched Canadian banks for one that was 'clean.' Which was hard to do. Desjardins came up looking good, and is supposed to be like a credit union, that doesn't make speculative (and often 'bigly destructive') investments. But now there Desjardins is in the list of supporters! F**k. We need more visibility on this issue and better options to move into. People need to leave these banks and so do cities like LA -- thank you @Paul Koretz for planning a resolution to divest LA from Wells Fargo! We all have work to make the generational shift -- culturally, technologically and financially -- away from fossil fuels. And honestly we need to do this now -- get out of these banks now.

"Trump is a bullshit artist"

Here  Pretty much this. Just this. Video of Fareed Zakaria's bullseye interview at link.

"[Trump] has spent his whole life bullshitting," Zakaria said. "He has succeeded by bulls**tting. He has gotten the presidency by bulls**tting. It's very hard to tell somebody at that point that bulls**t doesn't work. Because look at the results. He sees something, he doesn't particularly care if it's true or not, he just put it out there."

Fascinating and beyond reprehension or his remorse. How?

Bernie Sanders has called him a serial liar.

Alternative facts has entered the household vocabulary.

It is by far the most shameful and dangerous era of American politics and "leadership" in my lifetime, and probably ever.

Trump's Proposed Budget of a Despot

Here He'll build a blank check multi-billion dollar wall on the Mexican border. And give tax breaks to the wealthy. And cut to gut the HUD (housing assistance for the needy), EPA (clean air and water for everyone), sciences, arts, and museums, among many worthwhile programs (like PBS).

So his reverse Robin Hood act continues in plain daylight.

Take from the poor, hobble or remove the evolved programs that lend a hand to Americans, and give more back to the rich. Good on ya mate, what a heartless, selfish and unevolved asshole.

Congress is not going for this if any of them expect reelection.

And for an encore, see below. Busy day for Dark Don...

Transportation secretary admits that infrastructure plan is to make you pay tolls to corporations

Transportation secretary admits that infrastructure plan is to make you pay tolls to corporations

Wow, this is unAmerican. Taxpayers double footing the bill for bridges and roads: public - private partnerships. Then we pay tolls. Let's just keep roads and bridges public please.

"All of that “money” that corporations “spent” on helping us with
their infrastructure will just be “pretend” as they divert our tax money
directly into their pockets in a combination of bullshit tax incentives
and money-recouping scams like tolls.

Trump Defends Perjury - Essentially Defends a Lie Under Oath with a Lie

Here How duplicitous and shady is our new preseident elect?

Ok, there's a clear lie by Jeff Sessions under oath about him not contacting the Russians during the election. (He'd did).

And now Trump there's Trump defending him by saying Sessions did not 'say anything wrong.' (Whaaaat?!)

Sessions lied under oath. How in any scope or definition is that not saying anything wrong? Is saying a lie under oath wrong?

Sunset, Venice 12/20/2012

Sunset, Venice 12/20/2012
I've been thinking some about the Winter Solstice, the Mayan end of the 30,000-year-cycle on 12/21/12.

What if in fact the world did end? Even though this probably will not happen, to live consciously it is honest for us to take a bit of an inventory.

Am I happy with how I've lived my life? (Yesterday, I thought mostly yes, with some areas for improvement, as below.) Are there changes I would make?
Would I have tried to forgive those that were hostile or disappointing to me?
Would I spend more time with those I loved the most, telling them that, feeling that more?
Would I be happier, grateful for what I have, what I've experienced, the joy, the beauty in this world?

Maybe the answer is yes to all of the above.
So this time can serve as a point of rebirth for all of us. If we think about it.

Because somewhere along the line I realized I think maybe mankind deserves it. !
The way we are killing each other, killing the planet.
How selfish we are, and snotty to those around us. Petty, competitive. Why is this? Do we have to behave this way? (I say no, it greatly detracts and misdirects energy from the full-time celebration in which we could engage, the great multi-cultural, multi-rhythmic dance we can sustain here.)

Maybe God or the Great Universe is fed up, and will pull the rug out from under us.
Don't think I can say we could blame Him/Her/It.

But it probably won't happen. (Probably not! This time.)

Still we are finite on this ride.

It is a time to think, am I happy with how I've lived my life?
Hopefully most of us can say yes.

For the part of us that have a little worry, a little sadness....
This is the time to be present.
This is the time to be the person you want to be, that can die at peace, that can hope to every day be able to look yourself and the Universe in the eye and say, how beautiful, smiling, and thank you. Let's do that.
