Mississippi River Flooding Photos: Images Of 2011 Historic Floods
Unbelievable... it happened in 1927, but it's so easy to look at the Army Corps of Engineers' efforts to channelize and concretize parts of the mighty river as futile and misguided.
That Climate Change is dumping more intense and unpredictable weather doesn't help.
These poor people. Some of this can't be avoided on this planet, some of it can. If we get smarter.
