I remember very much seeing the cocaine sniffles in college, and the animated, semi-rational red-lining verbosity that accompanies it. I see it often in entertainers, and athletes (usually off season) on television now. It's VERY CLEAR to most of us in the know what is behind that kind of sniffling and behavior.
