Prince Passes Away -- RIP

I'm having trouble with this. It's my mom's birthday too. WTF, how did he die? Drugs? He was hospitalized with 'flu-like symptoms' a few weeks ago -- ??

What a freaking funky genius. Too young. Dang. It’s my mom’s birthday, and two family friends have died on this day too. RIP Prince.
