The utility regulators are trying to put the kibosh on and sunset the pay back period for solar.
People that bought solar panels, expecting to get credit for their solar for the life of their system, might only get paid back for 10 or even 5 years of the electricity they generate that they don't use.
This is BS. Please sign and help resist, and protect citizen rights for fair use of solar.
