Individual Sustainability Pt. 2: Running, Moderation Adds Lifespan Years
More studies and evidence that:
Regular, weekly cardiovascular exercise increases lifespan
90-minutes a week may be enough, adding avg. 3-6 years
Intense workouts may not help as much
Moderate paced (slowish, actually) runners live years longer on average
Have 15-20% less serious health complications
