Libya Declares Immediate Ceasefire After UN No-Fly Resolution - Bloomberg
Great; some will say 'why wasn't it done sooner, blah blah blah, the U.N. sucks, blah blah.'
But the resolution was passed and now there's a ceasefire; this is great progress here. Now more, towards an Egypt-like resolution, yes?
